大家好,為食貓上次介紹了東京站的辣魚蛋後,好多人向我地推介係荃灣同樣出名的陳記魚蛋,其秘制的魚蛋汁令魚蛋更加惹味.為左探究是否屬實,為食貓決定要去試食,同大家分享我地的感覺,喵!

Hi Everyone! Since We have introduced Tokyo station snack shop last week, many fans recommend another famous Snacks bar in Tsuen Wan to us, which is CHAN KEE Fish Ball. CHAN KEE Fish Ball have a secret sauce which makes the fish ball very tasty.

陳記魚蛋的始店是位於深水埗,唔知荃灣這暑能否保持水準呢?

CHAN KEE Fish Ball was originated in Sham Shui Po and expanded its business to Tsuen Wan. We are curious whether it can maintain the quality and provide delicious fish ball to customers.

黎到陳記門前,已經有不少人在排隊,可見陳記在荃灣有一定的名氣.

Many customers wait outside CHAN KEE Fish Ball, It shows that it is a very famous snack store in Tusen Wan. 

 陳記魚蛋有幾種辣度供選擇,分別有: 唔辣, 小辣,中辣及大辣

CHAN KEE Fish Ball provide different choice of sauce, including original flavor, little spicy, medium spicy and Super HOT.

 今次為食貓叫左小辣的魚蛋, 魷魚,牛柏葉
We tried the fish ball with little spicy sauce,  squid and Beef tripe.

陳記的魚蛋汁果然沒有令我地失望.因為魚蛋汁夠辣,又有一種陳皮味帶出魚蛋的鮮味.再配合爽口的魚蛋,令口感更加豐富. 而牛柏葉及魷魚都好彈牙,很好食!為食瞄二人組不停要爭食~喵
大家去到荃灣可以去試食呀~

Delicious! The Fish ball is full of spicy sauce and special taste of dried orange peel. 
The squid and beef tripe are very bouncy too!
Both of us can't wait to eat after taking photos~
Let's go to Tsuen Wan and try CHAN KEE Fish Ball  ~~~
